MUA, one of the fastest growing insurance companies in Africa that took over Phoenix Assurance Group, inherited its rich history from one of the oldest insurance companies in East Africa. Simplicity is a key part of MUA’s business strategy, as a mandate to simplify the end user’s insurance experience from external touchpoints right through to internal systems and processes. The brand approached us to translate this to their digital platforms, in a bid to raise brand awareness in Kenya.
